About the Sitekeeper
Hello, I am Beatrice.
I am an office staff by profession. I am fond of segues, rambling, and non sequiturs, but I am also keen on organizing and archiving my life, recording down to the second when I could. The em dash (—) and semicolon (;) tie as my favourite punctuation marks. My favourite colour has always been maroon. Making lists are a habit of mine.
I have been writing since I was a pre-teen. I used to be scared of putting down my thoughts to paper because of the incessant fear that someone will see them and judge me accordingly. Now, I have a blog on this corner of the internet because I promised my nineteen year-old self that I will abandon shame. I write short stories, long stories, academic essays, journals, and asides on the margins of my books. I mostly write emails now, and the occasional self-indulgent stories about my interests.
